Jamil El-Srouji

Jamil El Srouji brings over a decade of experience across real estate, construction, and property management. He has worked extensively with both residential and commercial assets, managing everything from day-to-day operations to large-scale buildouts and capital improvement projects. His background includes hands-on oversight of multifamily properties, retail centers, warehouses, and mixed-use buildings throughout South Florida.

Jamil has successfully led teams through complex transactions and construction jobs, working with investors, owner-users, and institutional buyers. He’s known for his ability to step in, take ownership of a project, and drive results with a clear, efficient process. Today, he manages a growing portfolio of properties and continues to bring practical solutions, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability to every assignment.
