Licensed as a Certified Building Contractor (CBC1266085), Community Association Manager (CAM56190), and Real Estate Broker (BK3424645), Jamil combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach to managing and growing real estate assets.
He has overseen residential, commercial, and association properties across Florida, managing everything from tenant coordination and building maintenance to large-scale renovations and capital improvement projects. His background also includes extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, helping investors acquire income-producing and value-add properties.
