Jamil El-Srouji

Jamil El-Srouji leads COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES AND ASSET MANAGEMENT INC., doing business as CRE Service. His background combines commercial real estate transactions, property operations, and construction project management.
During his time at NEPA Wholesale, Jamil managed 19 properties totaling more than 140,000 square feet across Florida, from Orlando to Miami. His responsibilities included daily operations, tenant relations, maintenance, vendor coordination, and property improvements. He also implemented an Odoo property management system to organize property records, rent collection, and tenant communications.
His experience includes commercial sales and leasing, investment acquisitions, tenant build-outs, and the conversion of a retail space into a drive-through restaurant. He brings this practical perspective to helping clients evaluate properties, coordinate improvements, and manage ongoing operations.
Jamil speaks English and Arabic and values clear communication, straightforward advice, and consistent follow-through.
